Let’s Make This Official: I HATE Agoraphobia!
Agoraphobia. For me it’s almost debilitating…the anxiety and panic, claustrophobic, tunnel-vision shut down that I have to fight every time I think of going outside, or to the store, or anywhere! A door becomes more than a simple passageway, it becomes a spiritual, existential boundary.
Traveling for work? Ha! Oh, that’s a major mental workup.
I wasn’t always this way. It’s something that’s really tightened up over the last 2 years.
Hate it…working on it…not quite frozen yet.
